2. Highlights

Induces high-level IFN-γ secretion, enhances immune cells expansion and activates pSTAT5 signaling pathway;
Asset can significantly increase IFN-γ secretion with dose-dependent;

The expansion of Asset on CD4+ T cell, CD8+ T cell and NK cell is similiar with wild-type IL-2， and the expansion activity of Asset on Treg is significantly weaker than that of wild-type IL-2.
Regulating activity on pSTAT5 pathway
The activation activity of Asset on pSTAT5 pathway is weaker than that of wild type IL-2 in CD4⁺T cells;
The activation activity of Asset on pSTAT5 pathway is similar with that of wild type IL-2 in CD8+ T cells and NK cells;
The activation activity of Asset on pSTAT5 pathway is much weaker than type IL-2 in Treg cells.

Phase I data shows good safety and tolerance
Most patients experienced transientgrade 1~2 adverse events, TRAE of ≥ Grade 3 occurred in 4%of patients.
No DLTs were observed.
Common TRAEs include: Fever, Anemia, Elevated aspartate aminotransferase, Nausea, Abnormal liver function.

Phase I data shows exciting efficacy.
Good tumor control has been observed in Renal cell carcinoma(Longest PFS 10 m+), melanoma(DCR 100%);
The patient with TNBC achieved PR(lesion reduced by 66%);
Efficacy was observed from the dose cohort of 12μg/kg；
